We offer horseback riding lessons, yoga classes, and evidence-based clinical therapy in a peaceful farm setting near Eustis, FL. Find pricing, package structures, and booking options below.
Our professional counseling sessions are guided by Kristen Janica LCSW. Instead of a sterile clinical office, sessions take place in a tranquil, lakeside nature setting. Recline in our massaging recliners, walk along the lake, or sit quietly while horses graze nearby.
Grief Companioning: Guided by Dr. Alan Wolfelt's Companioning Model, we view grief as a natural process to honor rather than a symptom to fix. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to integrate loss organically.
Guided by Alisha Casamona, a decorated lifetime equestrian, this program strategically incorporates horseback riding lessons and horse interactions into a structured wellbeing experience. Whether you simply want to ride a horse for the first time or are already comfortable in the saddle, horsemanship sessions can stand alone or act as a powerful adjunct to traditional therapy.
Activities Include: Mindful grooming, leading, lunging, daily care routines, and optional horseback or pony cart riding. Note: This is a coaching and personal growth program distinct from physical therapy (Hippotherapy) or clinical equine therapy. No prior riding experience is needed.
Trauma-informed yoga focuses on safety, personal empowerment, and choice. Rather than targeting intense physical poses, we use gentle, accessible movement, breathwork, and grounding to help regulate the nervous system and shift out of fight, flight, or freeze states.
Sunrise & Sunset Group Yoga: Held weekly overlooking the serene lake with grazing horses in the background. The ultimate natural grounding environment.
King the Therapy Pony: Want the therapeutic benefit of a horse but can't make it to Eustis? King can visit your school, hospital, or corporate wellness event to provide a calming, stress-relieving presence for staff and clients.
Farm Photoshoots: Rent our beautiful property, Lake Seneca backdrops, and our gentle horses for professional photography shoots and creative sessions.
